'You & I' is an ongoing  project that observes the space around couples. Taking inspiration from Sébastien Lifshitz and his project 'Les Invisibles' in which he spent 20 years collecting images of Gay couple from across Europe and USA in a time in which many had to hide their true feelings. The pictures themselves proudly portray alternative sexuality in a time when it was taboo. 

I moved on from looking at gay couples individually to observing both heterosexual and homosexual couples. The  'You & I' series developed into a project that was perceived more on the notion of love, and space in which the couples find meaningful to them.
